Mumbai – Deepika Padukone, expressing her displeasure, has alleged that Indian films are being deliberately ignored at the Oscars.

Deepika has said that Indian films are often ignored in the Oscars. They are not appreciating Indian talent as much as they should.

Deepika recalled the moments when the film ‘RRR’ won the Oscar Award. At that time Deepika was the presenter of these awards. She said that at that time she had become truly emotional.

It is noteworthy that Kiran Rao’s recent film ‘Lapata Ladies’ and Payal Kapadia’s film ‘All We Imagine Edge Lite’ were highly appreciated in the country and abroad, but these films were out of the Oscar race.

Incidentally, just a few days ago, actress Kangana Ranaut also criticized the Oscar awards, saying that she did not need an Oscar.
