AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan’s son accused of traffic violation: Delhi Police has seized the bullet bike of Anas, son of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan. In fact, the police stopped the AAP MLA’s son from riding a bike on the wrong side. When he was asked to be licensed and RC, he could not show both things. He allegedly told the policemen, ‘My father is an MLA, how can you cut such challan.’
Police gave information
According to the police, ASI and SHO of Jamia Nagar were patrolling their staff in view of the upcoming Republic Day (26 January). When they reached Nafees Road, Batla House, two boys were seen coming from the wrong side on the bullet. The bike had a modified silencer, which used to make a very loud sound. At the same time, the boys were negligent riding a bike.
Boy misbehaved with police
The police further said, ‘They arrested both of them with the help of their staff and started investigating. During interrogation, the bike riding boy described himself as the son of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan. He told the police, “My bike was stopped because it was a sign of the Aam Aadmi Party.” Meanwhile, the boy also misbehaved with the police.
Talked to MLA on phone
According to the police, the boy called MLA Amanatullah and asked to talk to SHO, on which the MLA got angry.
According to ASI of Delhi Police, his bike was brought to the police station. The case has been filed and challaned. His bike has been confiscated under the law.
Earlier also an FIR was registered in the case of attack.
Please tell that the Noida police had registered an FIR against Amanatullah’s son Anas. Anas was accused of assaulting a petrol pump employee in Noida. Later, Amanatullah Khan was also accused of assaulting the petrol pump employee along with Anas. The CCTV footage of the attack by Anas also surfaced. Anas was absconding for a long time in the Noida case.
