The next revision in DA Hike by the government is to be implemented from 1 July 2023. This means that from January 2023 to June 2023, the allowance of employees will be given on the basis of AICPI-IW data (AICPI-IW data). will be increased. According to the sources, the speed with which dearness allowance is being increased, there will be an increase of only 4 per cent in dearness allowance. How much will DA Hike increase?

According to the 7th Pay Commission, the Dearness Allowance (DA Hike) has been increased by 1% from the CPI-IW number of January from 1st July 2023. Dearness Allowance will reach 45-46 percent

Labor Bureau of Ministry of Labor released the data of All India Consumer Price Index – Industrial Workers AICPI-IW. What will be the index in February 2023, it will be decided on 31 March. Further calculations will be done on the basis of this number. But at present, based on the figures, the dearness allowance can reach up to 45-46 per cent. At the same time, the increase in DA Hike has been fixed at 3-4 percent.

Fitment Factor Big Update

The Modi government may soon make a proper increase in the fitment factor, after which there will be a bumper jump in the basic salary. It is believed that the fitment factor will increase from 2.60 times to 3 times, which is enough to win the hearts of the people. With this, the basic pay of the employees is expected to increase from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000. In this, Dearness Allowance will increase by Rs 96,000 annually.
