Salt can dehydrate the body. Because excess sodium intake accelerates the process of extracting water from the body. If you eat salt mixed with curd, then there can be a problem of dehydration in the body.

 

Pressure on kidney

More salt puts pressure on the kidney. Especially if people already have kidney problems, then they should not add salt to the curd because it affects the kidney function.
