Every day there is a desire to eat something special in the house, and sometimes ordinary lentils or vegetables start to look boring. In such a situation, creamy mushroom gravy is a great option. This dish looks very tasty with roti and paratha and it is also very easy to make. So let’s know, the materials and methods of making creamy mushroom gravy:
Material:
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 8-10 garlic buds (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 100 grams mushrooms (washed and chopped)
- Black pepper powder (as per taste)
- Fresh cream
- Shejwan sauce (as per taste)
- Red chili powder (as per taste)
- Spring onion and fresh coriander leaves (for decoration)
Method:
- First of all, heat butter and oil in a pan.
- When the oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic buds and also fry onion. When the onion starts to become light golden, then wash it and add chopped mushrooms.
- Allow the mushrooms to cook and when they become soft, add salt to it.
- After this, add black pepper, red chili powder and a little shejwan sauce.
- Now add fresh cream and mix well and add some water as required.
- Cook the gravy well on low flame, until it becomes thick.
Creamy mushroom gravy is ready! Serve it with hot bread or paratha and enjoy it.
