If you are also fond of mushrooms, then here is the recipe of Creamy Butter Garlic Mushrooms, which you can also eat as a snack. This dish can be prepared in just 15 minutes. Material

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 250 grams mushroom
  • 1 tbsp chilli pieces
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • Chili Flakes (as per taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper powder (as per taste)
  • 1 teaspoon tandoori masala
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon coriander (chopped)

Method

  1. First of all, mix oil and butter in a pan and heat it.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic to it and fry until it turns golden.
  3. Then add onion and salt, and fry until the onion turns golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms thoroughly and remove the stems.
  5. Now add mushrooms to fried onions and mix well.
  6. After cooking for some time, add tandoori masala and black pepper powder.
  7. Then add fresh cream to it and mix all the ingredients well.
  8. Finally add chilli flakes and chopped coriander and mix well.

Serving Suggestions

You can serve this Creamy Butter Garlic Mushroom with Paratha or Rumali Roti. While serving, do not forget to garnish it with butter and fresh cream. Everyone will like its taste!
