Ramgarh, 23 November (Hindustan Reporter). Counting of votes has started in Ramgarh College for Ramgarh and Barkagaon assembly. DC Chandan Kumar said that firstly the counting of ballot votes has started. Tight security has been maintained outside the counting hall. Security arrangements have been made in three layers and the Central Police Force is maintaining it.
Counting of votes for 406 booths of Ramgarh Assembly will be completed in 21 rounds. Whereas the counting of votes of 456 booths of Barkagaon Assembly will be completed in 24 rounds. Only the counting agent was allowed to enter at six in the morning. Even during this period, full care was taken of security. Mobile phones are completely banned inside the counting hall.
