Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh): There has been a stir in the health department due to four new cases of Corona virus in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. These new infected patients include a man and three women, who are between 18 years to 71 years. Three of these patients are currently kept in home isolation at their home, while a patient has been admitted to the hospital in view of the condition of a patient. It is a matter of concern that these new patients also include a husband and wife, who has recently revealed the travel history of Bengaluru.
Giving information about this, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. Akhilesh Mohan of Ghaziabad said that in the last 24 hours, the corona investigation report of four people has come positive. After these new cases of Kovid came to light, the Health Department has come completely on alert mode. These new cases have increased the concern of not only the administration but also the common people, as it can be a sign of the re -spread of the infection.

According to detailed information received from the office of Chief Medical Officer of Ghaziabad:

The first case is from Brij Vihar area of Ghaziabad, where an 18 -year -old girl Korona has been found infected. The woman had a complaint of cough, cold and fever for the last few days. After investigation, the girl’s covid report came positive, after which she has been admitted to the hospital.

The second and third case is from Vasundhara area of Ghaziabad, where a couple have been found to be corona positive. The couple returned from Bengaluru on 13 May. After returning, he had a problem of cough and fever. When he was investigated on 16 May, both were found to be covid positive. Both husband and wife are currently in home isolation at their home and their condition is said to be normal. Husband is 71 years old and wife is 64 years old.

The fourth case is from Vaishali area, where a 37 -year -old woman Korona has been found infected. The woman had a complaint of cough and cold for the last 4-5 days. When he conducted an investigation on the advice of the doctor, she also turned out to be covid positive. This female patient is also in home isolation and her condition is normal.
Thus, a total of four new covid positive cases have been found in Ghaziabad, out of which three patients are in home isolation while one patient has been admitted to a private hospital.
District administration appealed to be vigilant
After these new cases came to light, the district administration has appealed to all the citizens of the district to be vigilant. People have been asked to avoid going to crowded places and fully follow the mask and other safety measures (such as cleaning and social distance) as needed.
According to CMO Dr. Akhilesh Mohan, all the primary health centers (PHCs) of the district have been kept on alert. Korona’s testing facility is also being increased and all hospitals have been instructed to ensure the availability of covid beds, oxygen and essential medicines to ensure any emergency situation.
It is worth noting that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also reviewed the latest cases of Kovid-19 in the state in view of the global and national status related to the latest sub-critic JN.1 (JN.1) of Kovid-19 on Wednesday (May 21) and gave necessary guidelines to the officials.
