Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 Congress Yatra : There has been a huge ruckus on taking a selfie with Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar during the Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar during the ‘Exodus Stop, Job Do Yatra’ in Araria district of Bihar. Here some activists came close to him to take a selfie with Kanhaiya Kumar. Meanwhile, the matter reached its peak when some of the workers tried to stop them, their security personnel pushed them. Therefore, it is also being said that there was a clash between the security personnel and the workers. On the other hand, the Congress has also defended Kanhaiya Kumar on the issue of leaving the rally.

Clash between workers and security guards

According to a party worker, when the visit of the Congress reached the SSB campus, some workers were pushing each other to take selfies. During this, there was a dispute between the security personnel and the workers, due to which Kumar had to leave the journey in the middle. A video of the incident went viral on social media on Sunday (March 30), although there has been no confirmation of this video.

 

Today is the 16th day of Congress’s visit.

According to news agency PTI, the incident occurred near the SSB campus in Araria. The visit of the Congress began on 16 March from Bhitiharwa Ashram in West Bengal district. This is the same place where Mahatma Gandhi started the famous Champaran Satyagraha in 1917. Kumar reached Araria on the 15th day of this visit of Congress.

 

The party defended Kumar.

Araria District Congress President Zakir Anwar defended Kanhaiya Kumar and told the media, “Kanhaiya Kumar had to leave the journey in the middle, as he had an important meeting with a top leader of the party.” The journey will continue even after Kanhaiya Kumar’s departure. They will join the pilgrimage on Monday.

Rahul Gandhi’s possibility of joining the visit

Zakir Anwar said, ‘This yatra has been organized for the rights of the youth of Bihar and the fight for employment. The yatra will run for 24 days, which will pass through the entire state in three phases and will end in Patna on the day of Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti on 14 April. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is also likely to participate in this visit. Bihar assembly elections are scheduled to be held later this year.
