The mother of Indian-origin OpenAI whistleblower Rahul (name changed), who was found dead in San Francisco last month, has expressed suspicion of a conspiracy in his death. He has claimed that the police hastily concluded that his son’s death was a suicide, despite evidence pointing to the contrary. Famous industrialist Elon Musk has also supported the mother’s claims.

Investigation with the help of ChatGPT and private detective

The deceased’s mother said in an interview to India Today that she investigated her son’s death herself with the help of ChatGPT and a private detective. He says that the blood stains found in the apartment do not match a case of suicide. He said, “There were signs of sodomy in the bathroom. Analysis of the photos on ChatGPT revealed that the blood splatter was not caused by suicide. Blood stains at different places indicate that he may have been attacked. Also, no suicide note was found.”

Question on police investigation

The mother alleged that the police concluded suicide only on the basis of CCTV footage of the main entrance of the apartment. He told the police that the apartment has three entrances, out of which the garage and backdoor do not have CCTV installed, but the police ignored his words.

Private detective’s report

The investigation conducted by a private detective has ruled out considering this case as a suicide. According to the report, there are clear signs of vandalism and assault in the apartment.

The mother has demanded the FBI to investigate the matter thoroughly and has also appealed to India’s Ministry of External Affairs to intervene. He alleges that a powerful lobby of the tech industry is working in San Francisco, which can prevent the truth from coming out. Elon Musk also supported the mother’s claims in this matter and said that there could be signs of corruption and conspiracy in the technology industry.

The 26-year-old deceased had raised his voice against the company’s data collection and copyright violations while working at OpenAI. He was working on a project named “Futura Doctor Visit”, which was said to be beneficial for humanity. “Our dreams have been taken away,” his mother said. “My son wanted to make a change in the world.”
