According to the information, the All India Congress is going to organize a 3 -day Mahanthan with 700 District Congress Presidents coming from all over the country. Sources said that the Congress will hold this meeting in three batches and will introduce everyone to the new organizational structure of the Congress. Its purpose is to strengthen the party fundamentally. The district presidents of the Congress will reach Delhi in a phased manner on 27 and 28 March and 3 April. Congress national president Mallika Arjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and AICC Organization General Secretary K.K. C. Venugopal will perform Mahanthan with everyone.
‘Pilot project’ will be started in Gujarat
After 16 years in the Congress, there is going to be such a meeting, which is going to prove to be important for the party. According to sources, the pilot project of this initiative will be implemented in Gujarat, where assembly elections are due in 2027. In the meeting, DCC presidents will be focused on empowering the selection of candidates and strengthening the organization.
