Bengaluru: The residents of the city is set to experience a light rainfall with overcast skies on Sunday, March 23, 2025. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be around 22 degrees Celsius and maximum temperatures of 29 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The city witnessed the Sunrise at 06:22 AM and the Sun is expected to set at 6:31 PM. The weather department said that in addition to Bengaluru, light rainfall is expected with thunderstorms and lightning at isolated places across Dakshina Kannada, Chikkamagaluru, Mysuru, Kodagu, and Hassan.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) is expected to stand at 94, which indicates moderate air quality in the city and its adjoining areas. Today, the humidity is expected to be around 82 per cent and the wind is likely to flow from the Southeast at 11 km/h. Meanwhile, scattered showers with moderate rain is predicted in North Interior Karnataka.
The Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) shared a weather report for the next five days on X and wrote, “Cloudy over the state till March 25, with thunder, lightning and gale force winds likely to reach 30-50 kmph scattered over coastal, hilly and south interior districts.”
