Gorakhpur, 23 November (HS). State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will attend the youth award ceremony of Professor Yashwantrao Kelkar on Sunday 24th November in the three-day national convention of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad being held in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. This year, this award is being given to Deepesh Nair of Thane, Maharashtra for playing an important role in generating life purpose and enthusiasm among the hearing handicapped people through skill development and education.

According to the org.zational structure of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, more than fifteen hundred delegates from 44 provinces across the country and friendly nation Nepal are participating in the three-day national convention going on in Gorakhpur. In this national convention, students, professors and educationists from all over the country are discussing on topics like education, society, environment, culture etc.

On November 22, the first day of the convention, the program was inaugurated by the country’s famous industrialist and CEO of Zoho Corporation, Sridhar Vembu. Sridhar Vembu had prominently raised the issues of self-reliance, entrepreneurship, employment, future guidelines for youth, Artificial Intelligence etc. in his speech.

National General Secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Virendra Solanki said that the Gorakhpur national convention of Vidyarthi Parishad will bring together students studying in different educational institutions across the country in subjects like hum.ties, science, management, engineering, medicine etc. to come together and share their views about the country. It is becoming a medium to decide the role. Professor Yashwantrao Kelkar Youth Award is given to youth who have done remarkable work to bring change in social life, the winner of this year’s award, Deepesh Nair, has shown the path to higher education to hundreds of disabled people.
