The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the results of the CA Final exams which were held in November 2024. Candidates can check their scores on the official website i.e. icai.nic.in.
To check the ICAI final result, candidates will have to login at the official website icai.org with their roll numbers and registration numbers or pin numbers. Along with the ICAI CA result, the institute will also release the merit list.
To pass in a group, a candidate must secure at least 40% marks in each individual paper of the group and at least 50% marks in the aggregate of all papers within that group.
How to receive ICAI CA Final Result on email?
To receive your results via email, follow these steps on the ICAI official website:
Step 1: Visit the official ICAI website at icaiexam.icai.org.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “Email Registration” link.
Step 3: Enter your registration number and password.
Step 4: Click on the “Results on Email” option. Once the results are declared, they will be sent to the email address you registered.
ICAI CA final exams were held in November 2024. The Group 1 exams were held on November 3, 5 and 7 while the Group II exams were held on November 9, 11 and 13.
As stated in the official website, the result for the November Post Qualification Course (PQC) exam is also expected to be announced this evening.
A look at the numbers last year
In 2023, a total of 65,294 candidates appeared for the ICAI CA Final Group 1 exam, with only 6,176 passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 9.46%. In contrast, 62,679 candidates took the Group 2 exam, and 13,540 were successful, leading to a pass percentage of 21.6%.
