Aakash Chopra’s probable squad

Former cricketer and commentator Aakash Chopra has announced his probable Indian team for the Champions Trophy 2025. However, his selection has produced some surprising decisions:

  • Neither Sanju Samson nor Suryakumar Yadav’s name is in their team.
  • Apart from this, players like Ryan Parag, Shivam Dubey, and Washington Sundar also could not make it to this squad.

Highlights of Aakash Chopra’s squad

Opening pair:

  • Rohit Sharma (captain) and Shubman Gill will open.
  • Yashasvi Jaiswal has been included in the team as a backup opener.

Middle order:
