Maa Bamleshwari Temple, Dongargarh – The main pilgrimage of Shraddha

The temple of Maa Bamleshwari Devi located in Dongargarh in Rajnandgaon district is a historic pilgrimage site. This temple built on the top of the hill becomes the center of special attraction in Navratri. Devotees are reaching the mother’s darshan since morning. Jyoti Kalash is burnt in the temple for nine days and a fair -like atmosphere is created. It is believed that mother Bamleshwari fulfills the wishes of every devotee who comes here with true heart. Devotees from abroad also come to visit the mother’s court on completion of the wish.

Maa Danteshwari Temple, Dantewada – Pride of Shaktipeeth

The temple of Maa Danteshwari located in Bastar district of Chhattisgarh is considered one of the 52 Shakti Peethas in the country. This temple, built by the kings of the Chalukya dynasty, is a symbol of Hindu faith. It is said that when the teeth of Goddess Sati fell at this place in Satyuga, then this place became Shaktipeeth. On the occasion of Navratri, there is a tradition of lighting a lamp here and it is believed that the mother herself fulfills the wishes of every devotee. Danteshwari Devi is also Kuldevi of Bastar.
