Chaitra Navratri has started auspicious from tomorrow. This is the Vasantik Navratri of the Shukla Paksha of Chaitra month, Hindu New Year begins with Chaitra Navratri. On the first day of Chaitri Navratri, a huge crowd of devotees was seen in the Ambaji temple. The first day of Navratri was celebrated with reverence and faith. Devotees were seen celebrating Mangala Aarti in Ambaji temple. A large number of devotees attended the Mangala Aarti in the morning.

Ghat was established after Mangala Aarti at Ambaji temple yesterday. One of the 51 Shaktipeeths and known as Adyashakti Peeth, echoed with the cheers of the atmosphere “Bol Mari Ambe, Jai Jai Ambe” on this occasion. Mangala Aarti was performed by Bhattji Maharaj of the temple. On the occasion of the inauguration of Navratri, Ambaji Administrator and Additional Collector Kaushik Modi said that the foundation stone ceremony has been held through the scripture rituals in the presence of Bhattji Maharaj and Pandits in Ambaji. A large number of devotees came to Ambaji to see Maa Amba. He said that all rituals have been completed for the purpose of world welfare. Special arrangements have been made by the administration to ensure that devotees do not have any kind of trouble during Navratri.
The intensive installation ceremony has been completed by sowing seeds.
On this occasion, Bhattji Maharaj Bharatbhai Padhiya said that according to the scriptures by bringing holy water from the Saraswati river, three kilometers from the temple, seven types of grains were sown and the installation method was completed. Water of Saraswati River is used for worship, causing this tradition to move forward. He greeted the devotees on the rich New Year for world welfare.

This time Chaitri Navratri is eight days. The entire complex echoed with the sound of “Bol Mari Ambe Jai Jai Ambe”. On the first day of Chaitri Navratri, devotees felt blessed by taking advantage of Mataji’s darshan and aarti. The atmosphere became devotional with the rituals of havan, aarti and Shakti Pujan in the temple premises. The unbroken chanting of Jai Ambe was started at Chachar Chowk in Mataji. Devotees performed aarti, offered flowers, equipped with jewelery and made special prayers at the feet of the goddess. Arasuri Ambaji Dev Sthan Trust has changed the time of Aarti and Darshan for Navratri.
