What excites you the most about a wedding? If you said “food”, we have something for you. It is widely believed that most people attend weddings for food, but one recent celebration turned heads not just for what was served, but for how it was presented on a menu card.

A picture of a wedding menu with detailed calorie listings for each item has gone viral. Guests were informed about the long list of dishes being offered at the wedding, along with their calorie details.

The quirky ‘Calorie Memo’, dubbed as a ‘Meme menu card’, belonged to Suruchi Caterer of Andal Workshop Road in Asansol, West Bengal.
