The major index of the Indian stock market closed with a slight lead for the second consecutive day today. However, the improvement in the index was very limited as the increasing stress with Pakistan increased the pressure compared to optimism and the net purchase issued by the FII from the expectations of the trade agreement with the US. However, today’s rangebound session saw an atmosphere of chaos amidst continuous ups and downs. After a gain of 5.27 percent yesterday, Reliance, which holds a huge stake in the index, also saw a growth of 2.32 percent today.
After opening with a gain of 178 points in the beginning, Sensex today scored the highest level of 80,661 and a minimum level of 80,122 and finally closed at 80,288 with a gain of 70 points or 0.09 percent after a fluctuations of 539 points. The Nifty also opened up 42 points at the beginning, then a minimum level of 24,457 and a minimum level of 24,290 and finally closed at 24,335 after a ups and downs of 167 points. The BSE Midcap index rose 97 points or 0.23 percent to close at 43,194, while the Smallcap index rose 45 points or 0.09 percent to close at 48,238. However, the BSE SME IPO index fell 606 points or 0.65 percent to close at 93,143. Today, a total of 4,054 shares were traded on BSE, out of which 1,830 declined, 2,095 declined and 129 shares closed stable. BSE’s M-cap is Rs 1,49,999. 426.11 lakh crore i.e. 5 trillion dollars were recorded, which is more than Rs 1.5 lakh crore. 426.10 lakh crore rupees. This indicates an increase of Rs 10,000 crore. 14 out of 30 shares of Sensex and 19 out of 50 of the Nifty closed with an increase. The shares included in the Sensex rose by 2.32 percent in Reliance and 2.14 percent in telecommunications Mahindra, while Sun Pharma declined by 2.01 percent and Ultrade Cement by 1.99 percent. In Nifty shares, Trent increased 5.77 percent and BEL 3.97 percent, while Coal India fell 2.13 percent. Today the instability index rose 2.53 percent to 17.37. Three out of 14 regional indices on the Nifty closed down with a closure with 11 declines. Nifty IT increased by 1.23 percent, while Nifty Pharma declined by 1.06 percent and metal by 0.95 percent.
