Some investors feared that the Indian stock market would fall today after India was an air attack on Pakistan between Tuesday and Wednesday, which proved to be completely wrong.

 

After opening a little less in the beginning, the index rose during the session and the Sensex went up 907 points from its lower level and the Nifty went up 229 points. At the end of the session, both indices closed with a slight increase. Midcap and smallcap shares increased significantly. Investors have so much confidence in the Indian stock market that not only domestic investors purchased in the post -air strike session on Pakistan, but foreign funds also continued the process of net purchases.

After opening 693 points in the beginning, the Sensex today created the highest level of 80,844 and a minimum level of 79,937. Thus, after a total fluctuations of 907 points, the Sensex gained 105 points, or 0.13 per cent, to close at 80,746. The Nifty also opened down 146 points, then the highest level of 24,449 and a minimum level of 24,220 during intraday and finally closed at 24,414 with a gain of 34 points or 0.14 after a total fluctuations of 229 points. Unlike yesterday, midcap and smallcap stocks today saw a higher rise than largecap shares. The BSE Midcap index today rose 578 points or 1.36 percent to close at 42,970, while the smallcap index rose 542 points or 1.16 percent to close at 47,377. However, the decline in the SME IPO index continued even today and the BSE SME IPO index fell 170 points or 0.20 percent to close at 89,585.

Today, a total of 4,046 shares were traded on BSE, out of which 2,099 shares were rose, 1,800 shares declined and there was no change in 147 shares. BSE’s M-cap is Rs 1,49,999 today. 423.50 lakh crore i.e. 5.01 trillion dollars were recorded, which is more than Rs 1.52 lakh crore yesterday. 420.98 crores This indicates an increase of Rs 2.52 lakh crore. With this, the M-cap has once again crossed the 5 trillion dollar mark. Today, 16 out of 30 shares of Sensex and 23 out of 50 of the Nifty closed with gains. The shares included in the Sensex rose 5.05 percent and Bajaj Finance 2.14 percent, while Asian Paints fell 3.53 percent and Sun Pharma 2.06 percent. Jio finance rose 2.11 percent in Nifty shares. The instability index rose 0.34 percent today to 19.06. The Nifty closed down three out of 14 regional indices, while 11 closed with an increase.

FII Rs. Rs 2,585 crore net purchase

FII received Rs. Today, there was a turnover of Rs 100 crore in the Indian stock market. There was a net purchase of Rs 2,585 crore, while DII got Rs. A net purchase of Rs 2,378 crore was done. Final increase in textile shares up to 19% of the trading agreement with Britain

Market capitalization of defense companies increased by 5 billion dollars after Pahalgam attack

The joint market capitalization of India’s defense companies has increased by more than 5 billion dollars since the attack on 22 April, which is an increase of about 5 percent, as there is a possibility of increasing tension between India and Pakistan, which will increase demand for defense products. Such companies include Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and Solar Industries India Limited.
