Amid the possibility of further increasing succession dispute among the Lodha brothers, Macrotech Developers, led by Abhishek Lodha, have alleged that Abhinandan Lodha -led Abhinandan Lodha House (HOABL) has obtained NOC to use Macrotech’s trademark using a false board resolution. A complaint has been lodged before the concerned authorities by Macrotech in this regard.
In the information given to the exchange, Macrotech said that no board meeting was held on the date mentioned in the respective proposal and the board never approved such proposal. The board proposal submitted by HOABL has been signed by the independent director of the company. The company further alleged that it had come to its notice that the proposal has been signed by the company’s independent director Ashwini Kumar. At present, there is a big controversy between the two brothers over the Lodha Group brand.
