Bus driver shot and killed in Patna, fears of incident on extortion

Patna: A moving bus was stirred up on a moving bus on Monday late evening at Zero Mile Gaya turn in the capital. Three attackers fired bullets targeting Dushyant Mishra, the driver of the bus. In this attack, the driver died on the spot. At the time of the incident, the bus was full of passengers, causing an atmosphere of chaos.

Life ended in one and a half minutes, there was chaos in the bus

The incident took place at around 7.30 pm on Monday evening, when a private bus going to Bettiah left from Bairia bus stand. As soon as the bus reached Zero Mile, three criminals surrounded and started firing on the driver. Dushyant Mishra fired three consecutive bullets, causing him to fall on the spot. The passengers sitting in the bus jumped and ran away to save their lives. In a hurry, the injured driver was taken to NMCH, where doctors declared him dead.

Police engaged in investigating extortion angle

On receiving information about the incident, police of several police station areas reached the spot and started investigation. Teams of Ramakrishna Nagar, Kankarbagh, Journalist Nagar, Agamkuan, and Gopalpur have started looking for criminals. In the initial investigation, the matter seems to be extortion.

According to media reports, the bus owners were trying to extortive recovery, and the murder was done due to protest. Two notorious criminals dominate the bus stand, and there is talk of mutual rivalry and threats.

Regular controversy, now a conspiracy has become murdered

Local people say that there are quarrels on the bus stand for numbering and time. But this time the matter proved to be fatal. Police believe that this is a pre -planned conspiracy to target the driver.

Police is doing intensive inquiry

At present, the police have started questioning the bus owner, conductor and manager. The area has been blocked and continuous raids are being conducted to search for the accused.
