Maharashtra Forest Minister Ganesh Naik and BJP MLA Manda Mhatre inaugurated the 23rd BANM Mega Property Exhibition on Friday at Nerul, marking the beginning of a significant event in the city’s real estate calendar. Organized by the Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (BANM) in collaboration with BANM Raigad, the exhibition is being held from January 24 to 27 at Seawoods, off Palm Beach Road.

Themed “Navi Mumbai – Where Dreams Take Flight,” the expo is showcasing a wide array of properties ranging from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 25 crore, catering to diverse segments of buyers. The event highlights Navi Mumbai’s rapid infrastructure development and growing investment potential, making it a prime destination for homebuyers and investors.

For the first time, BANM and BANM Raigad have joined hands, offering a broader spectrum of real estate options under one roof. From affordable housing to luxurious estates, the exhibition aims to meet varied buyer preferences. Developers are also providing society representatives with insights into redevelopment opportunities, while leading banks are on-site to assist with home loans.

Bollywood actress Yami Gautam, the brand ambassador for the expo, is set to make a special appearance, adding glamour to the event. The exhibition also focuses on transformative infrastructure projects that are expected to fuel the growth of Navi Mumbai and Raigad in the coming years.

“This expo not only showcases the region’s dynamic real estate market but also brings together developers, investors, and buyers to shape its future,” said a spokesperson for BANM.

With a thriving property market and upcoming infrastructure projects, Navi Mumbai and Raigad are positioned as top investment hubs, promising immense potential for growth and development.
