Dehradun, 29 November (HS). The festival of Budhi Diwali (Bagwal) was celebrated with great pomp this year too in Mussoorie, the queen of hills. On this occasion, a grand function was org.zed under the aegis of Aglad Yamuna Ghati Vikas Manch Mussoorie, an org.zation of residents of Jaunpur, Jaunsar and Rawain areas. The event took place near the old Chakrata toll post on Kempty Road, Mussoorie, where local people were seen dressed in traditional costumes and traditional dances enlivened the event.
