Any person will be eligible for citizenship only after staying in Britain for 10 years. This decision of the government will reduce the number of people receiving citizenship of Britain from foreign countries.

Not only this, Britain’s Prime Minister Kir Starmer posted on ‘X’ and wrote, ‘If you want to live in Britain then you must come to English.’ “Therefore we are also tightening the need for English language proficiency in immigration.”
