  • Tomato
  • red chilli
  • Salt
  • cumin powder
  • Rice flour
  • wheat flour
  • Semolina
  • Coriander
  • Water

  • To make tomato dosa, first wash the tomatoes and cut it finely. Then add chopped tomatoes to a mixer bowl,
  • Make a paste of red chili powder and a piece of ginger, add water to it as required.
  • Then add rice flour, wheat flour and salt as per taste and mix in a big bowl.
  • Then add semolina, red chili powder, tomato paste, coriander, cumin powder and urad dal and make dosa mixture.
  • Heat a pan and put oil on it. Then add the prepared mixture and make dosa.
