Rava – 1 cup
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Sevai Sev – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Chopped coriander – 2 tablespoons
Salt

 

Water – 1/2 cup
Baking Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Urad Dal – 1/2 teaspoon
Chana dal – 1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida
Ginger-pepper paste-1 teaspoon
Leaves of the Neem tree
Turmeric

 

How to make Sevai Sev Idli

First of all fry the sev and rava on low heat in a vessel. Keep both things on separate grills.

Then mix rava, sev and curd in a big bowl and add water to it and prepare a paste.

 

Heat oil in another pan and prepare a paste by adding rye, urad dal, gram dal, neem leaves, ginger-pepper paste and asafetida. Mix this mixture in the mixture of sev,

Add salt and coriander to this mixture. Then add water if necessary and leave it for 30 minutes.

 

Till then, keep the dhokli hot and fill the oil mixture in the idli mold and fill it in the steam. Idli will be ready in 10 to 12 minutes. Then serve the idli hot.
