Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the result for appointment to 24,811 posts of teachers in higher secondary schools of the Education Department. Backlog vacancies are also included in this recruitment. Candidates can check their result by visiting the official website of the Commission, bpsc.bih.nic.in. The list of roll numbers and cutoff marks of subject wise selected candidates has also been released on the website.

Change in counseling schedule
The new schedule of counseling is as follows:
- Classes 1-5: 23-28 December (previously 16-20 December).
- Classes 6-8: December 23-28 (previously December 16-20).
- Class 9-10: 23-28 December (earlier 16-20 December).
- Class 11-12: 23-28 December (previously 16-20 December).
