BPCL Sports Scholarship: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), today announced the introduction of the BPCL Sports Scholarship Initiative to boost its commitment to nurturing national sports talent. Young athletes can focus on their training and national and international competition ambitions through the financial support.

Indian athletes in a variety of sports, such as tennis, chess, badminton, cricket, hockey, and athletics, between the ages of 13 and 25, are eligible to participate in the program.

BPCL Sports Scholarship: Program open to various sports disciplines

Athletics: Elite and Junior categories for both males and females

Badminton: Budding, Elite, and Junior categories for both males and females

Cricket: Elite and Junior categories for males

Hockey: Elite and Junior categories for both males and females

Chess: Budding and Junior categories for males

Tennis: Elite and Junior categories for males

Volleyball: Elite and Junior categories for males

Swimming: Elite and Junior categories for males and females

Archery: Budding and Junior categories for both males and females

BPCL Sports Scholarship: Scholarship benefits

Monthly Stipend – Selected athletes will receive financial assistance every month.

Sports Kit – Participants will be provided with essential sports gear.

Tournament Expense Coverage – Costs related to national and international competitions will be covered.

BPCL Sports Scholarship: Scholarships granted in three categories

– Budding Athlete Engagement (Ages 13-17)

– Junior Athlete Engagement (Ages 17-21)

– Elite Athlete Engagement (Ages 21-25)

“We at BPCL are dedicated to developing young athletes’ potential and giving them the tools they need to succeed. We hope that this scholarship program would enable athletes to fulfil their dreams and honour the country,” said Shri R.K. Dubey, Director (HR), BPCL.

Indian citizens who are residents and do not currently have any other scholarships are eligible to apply. Applications must be submitted by April 16, 2025.
