A young man named Jasvir, who works in Mumbai, reached Rasulpur village of Gohan police station area of Jalaun district to meet his girlfriend. But on reaching the girlfriend’s house, the girl’s family attacked the young man with a sharp weapon.
It is being told that after seeing the young man in an objectionable condition with his girlfriend, family members were enraged. After this, the young man was stabbed with a sharp weapon on the neck, which was seriously injured. After this, the young man was admitted to the district hospital, where his condition remains critical.
The police have arrested one of the accused.
On receiving information about the incident, a police team reached the spot and detained a suspected accused. According to Gohan police station in -charge Satish Kushwaha, the incident is being investigated and action will be taken on the basis of the victim’s statement. Police is identifying other attackers.
