Mumbai: Bombay High Court dismissed a PIL on Friday seeking guidelines to curb the black marketing and ticket scalping at major events. The PIL was filed by Advocate Amit Vyas following large scale black marketing of tickets of British band Coldplay to be held in Navi Mumbai later this month.
