Veteran Bollywood composer and singer Anu Malik, along with his wife, Anju Malik, has sold two apartments in Santacruz West for a combined ₹14.49 crore. The transaction, registered in February 2025, was revealed through property documents accessed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

The apartments, located in Khushi Belmondo, a ready-to-move-in residential project by Khushi World Developers, are situated on the same floor and have a total built-up area of approximately 2,515 sq. ft.

The sale agreement also includes two car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹86.91 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.

Santacruz West is a prime suburban locality in Mumbai, offering excellent connectivity via major roads, railway station, close proximity to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai’s key commercial hub.

The area has witnessed high-value real estate transactions, with Khushi Belmondo recording a ₹19 crore transaction between January and December 2024, according to Square Yards’ data.

Anu Malik, a celebrated composer and singer, has left an indelible mark on Bollywood with a career spanning over four decades. He has won the National Film Award for Refugee (2001) and multiple Filmfare Awards for hit films like Baazigar and Main Hoon Na. His compositions for Border, Judwaa, Ishq, and Mohra remain iconic. He is also known for his role as a judge on reality shows like Indian Idol, further solidifying his influence in the Indian music industry.
