Rakesh Pandey, a famous actor of Bollywood and Bhojpuri film industry, died at the age of 77 at the Arogyanidhi Hospital in Mumbai. He was admitted to the ICU of the hospital after a cardiac arrest, but could not be saved despite all the efforts of the doctors.
Honored with Presidential Award
Rakesh Pandey was cremated at the crematorium in Shastri Nagar, where his family and close people were present.
The family is now survived by his wife, daughter Jasmeet and granddaughter.
He started his film career in 1969 with the film ‘Sara Akash’. In this film, he was awarded the President’s Award for his brilliant performance.
