Datia (Madhya Pradesh): The veteran bollywood actor Ashutosh Rana offered prayers at Madhya Pradesh’s famous Maa Pitambara Peeth dedicated to Goddess Baglamukhi on Thursday. He also performed jalabhishek (a sacred water offering) at the ancient Vankhandeshwar Mahadev Temple, believed to date back to the Mahabharata era.
The Maa Pitambara Temple and Baglamukhi Shakti Peeth are well-known across India for their miraculous significance. During his visit, Ashutosh Rana was seen dressed in yellow attire, a color often associated with spiritual practices. Following traditional rituals and chanting of mantras, he paid homage to Maa Pitambara and Goddess Baglamukhi with devotion.

Ashutosh Rana is a renowned Indian actor who was born in Madhya Pradesh’s Gadarwara on November 10, 1967.
He began his acting career with television, appearing in shows like Swabhimaan and Farmaan. However, his breakthrough in Bollywood came with his chilling portrayal of antagonist roles in movies like Dushman (1998) and Sangharsh (1999).
