Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and his wife, author and entrepreneur Twinkle Khanna, have sold their luxury apartment in the upscale 360 West Tower in Worli for ₹80 crore.
Property registration records reviewed by IndexTap.com, a data-driven home-buying platform, confirm that the sale was finalized on January 31, 2025.
The apartment, located on the 39th floor of Tower B, spans 6,830 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area and includes four car parking spaces. The buyers, Pallavi Jain and others, paid a stamp duty of ₹4.8 crore on the transaction.
