AIADMK-BJP Alliance News: There are major changes in Tamil Nadu politics. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president K.K. Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in the state will be held on AD. On this occasion, Amit Shah said that since 1998, we have been fighting elections together since the time of Jayalalithaa and Atal ji. There was a time when we collectively won 30 seats out of 39 Lok Sabha seats. The alliance between the BJP and the AIADMK was not just political, it was based on faith and ideology. Recalling the relationship between former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa and Prime Minister Modi, Shah said that the two leaders have always worked together for the development of Tamil Nadu.
Shah also clarified that the BJP will decide after the election whether it will participate in the government or not. The AIADMK has not made any demand and there is no interference in their internal affairs from the BJP. This alliance is beneficial for both parties and we will contest elections together. The decision on the number of ministers and the allocation of seat will be taken at the appropriate time. At present, the main objective of NDA is to remove the corrupt DMK government in the state.
Shah, while attacking the DMK, said that the DMK is deliberately raising issues like Sanatan Dharma and Language. So that people’s attention can be distracted from real issues. Corruption will be the biggest issue in Tamil Nadu elections and this time people will choose development and transparency. Recalling the alliance of Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Jayalalithaa’s time, he said that the BJP and the AIADMK have achieved great success in the past. He expressed confidence that this time the public will also give a majority to the NDA.
