Pune (Maharashtra), February 24: A video of a terrifying near-death accident has hit the internet from Maharashtra’s Pune. The incident was caught on the dashboard camera of another car and the video of the incident is doing rounds on social media. The video shows that a bike rider along with pillion rider was hit by a speeding car on the highway. The bikers had a narrow escape as the intensity of the collision was such that the bikers were dragged for some distance. The onlookers were shocked to see the bikers survive such a massive crash.
The video shows that a car lost control after in the middle of the highway in Wakad area of Pune, after which it skids and crashes into the bikers from behind. It can be seen in the video that a black-coloured Volkswagen car hits the bike. The two people who were riding the bike were hit after which they fell on the road and were dragged for some distance.
The bike also fell and dragged on the road for some distance. However, the bikers were safe and ran on the side of the road after the accident. Their bike is seen in the video lying in the middle of the road. The incident was recorded on the dashcam of another car which was travelling right next to the car which skidded and hit the bike.
Luckily, the bike riders escaped the accident with minor injuries and managed to run on the side of the road soon after the massive crash. There are no reports of any police action in connection with the matter. However, the video is going viral on social media.
