Recent rains and the movement of clouds brought relief from the heat in the state, but now the Meteorological Department has clearly indicated that soon the outbreak of Heatwave (Lu) will return due to the western winds. Meteorologists say that the people may have to face a scorching heat for the next few days.
In recent times, light rain in many districts including Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bhagalpur, Gaya of Bihar had reduced the heat of the heat slightly. People came out with raincoats and umbrellas, but now this relief does not seem to last long. According to the Meteorological Department, due to the rapid western wind, a sudden increase in temperature will be recorded in the next few days, which can lead to a period of scorching heat and heat in the state once again.
Patna -based Meteorological Center issued an alert saying that the maximum temperature can go 42 degrees Celsius or above in the next 3 to 4 days. The atmosphere will be dry and humidity will also increase due to wester winds. In this situation, people will have to be careful and while getting out of the house, covering their heads will have to take measures to prevent sunlight.
According to meteorologists, by the second week of May, weather changes in Bihar will take place rapidly. In the coming days, due to the dry winds of the westerly, the bottom, hats and water bottles will become everyday needs of the people. Especially the elderly, children and sick people have been advised to be vigilant.
The state administration has also alerted the districts for the state of heatwave. Special arrangements have been asked to treat patients affected by heat stroke in government hospitals and primary health centers. The Health Department has advised people to consume more and more water, coconut water, lemonade and other fluids.
