A major train accident was avoided in Bhojpur district of Bihar on Saturday. A Scorpio car was hit by a train near Bhupauli village of Udwantnagar. Due to the collision with the train, the Scorpio fell into a ditch 15 feet away. The Scorpio was badly damaged. The driver of the Scorpio car was injured. As soon as he got the opportunity, the driver fled from the incident site. The Aadhar card found at the scene of the incident revealed that the name of the driver is Ramesh Yadav. This accident of Scorpio colliding with the train happened near Bhupauli crossing of Udwantnagar police station area of ​​Bhojpur district on Ara-Sasaram railway section. The car was badly damaged in the collision between a train and a Scorpio. The driver suffered injuries in the incident, but he fled from the spot.

Scorpio hit by Bhabua Patna Intercity

As soon as information about the incident was received, RPF and Udwantnagar police reached the spot. Took possession of the damaged Scorpio. On searching the Scorpio, the police recovered the Aadhar card of a youth named Ramesh Yadav. Giving more information about this matter, Udwantnagar police station incharge Awadhesh Kumar said that train no. 13250, Bhabhua Patna Intercity was going from Sasaram towards Ara.

Scorpio stuck in crossing due to gate locking

The Scorpio car was crossing the railway crossing near Bhupauli village. At that very moment the train arrived. The driver remained stuck inside the Scorpio as its gate was locked. The gate of Scorpio opened after the collision. The train hit the Scorpio from behind on the left side due to which the vehicle collided with an electricity pole and went away. The driver got injured in this.

People present at the spot said that by the time the train stopped and people gathered nearby, the driver ran away. The Scorpio parked on the track was badly damaged after being hit by the train. The police is busy investigating where the car came from.

Regarding the incident, Station Manager of Arrah Railway Station, NK Rai, said that the intercity train was coming from Sasaram, when suddenly information was received about its collision with a Scorpio stuck on the track. Railway personnel were dispatched to the spot. There is no information about any casualty in this accident.
