Assembly elections are going to be held in Bihar this year, and there was a huge uproar inside and outside the Legislature regarding the final budget of the Nitish government presented before the election. Opposition members demonstrated fiercely against the government, in which RJD leader and former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi also appeared in action.
RJD MLAs protested at the main gate of Bihar Legislative Assembly with posters in their hands. Rabri Devi also had a poster in her hand, in which a demand was written to increase the widow pension from Rs 400 to Rs 1500 per month.
Demonstration of opposition, demand to increase old age pension
Many RJD MLAs were seen protesting against the state government before the budget was presented.

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Samrat Chaudhary performed religious rituals before presenting the budget.
- Emperor Chaudhary worshiped in his residential temple before presenting Bihar Budget 2025-26 in the Legislature.
- A copy of the budget was also kept in the temple and after religious customs, they reached the Legislature.

An electoral atmosphere has been created in Bihar, and there is a possibility of increasing an argument between the opposition and the government in the budget session.
