An arrest warrant has been issued against Bollywood actor Sonu Sood. Despite repeated summons, Sonu Sood did not appear in Ludhiana court to testify in a fraud of Rs 10 lakh, after which Ludhiana Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur has issued an arrest warrant against Sonu Sood, which is non-bailable .
It is being told that Sonu Sood was the brand ambassador of this company, against whom a case of fraud has been registered. At present, no statement has come from Sonu Sood or his team regarding this matter. Sonu Sood was seen in the recently released film ‘Fateh’. The case will now be heard on 10 February.

Ludhiana’s lawyer Rajesh Khanna said that a police complaint was lodged against Mohit Shukla on July 1, 2023. When the police did not take any action in the case, they approached the court on 4 October 2023. Now proceedings have been started in the court on the basis of the complaint.
According to the complaint, the accused is running a multi -level marketing business in the name of Richja Coin. Ludhiana came in November 2021. He invited Rajesh Khanna to meet at Radisson Blue Hotel on Ferozepur Road. Here he informed him about his multi -level business.
The lawyer wrote in the complaint that the accused lured him to become a member of the marketing business. The accused asked him to invest Rs 8,000. He will be given three times the money back. During this, he promised to return him 24 thousand rupees in 10 months.
A minimum of $ 100 and a maximum of $ 5,000 can be invested in an ID. By making false excuses, the accused invested $ 12,500 (about 10 lakh rupees) through various identity cards.
Rajesh said that he asked for money from the accused several times, but he kept on deferring. After this, he himself tried to find out the criminals. It was then discovered that he had committed similar fraud with many others. It was also learned that the accused had relations with police and politicians in Delhi. He has also complained to the commissioner.
After this complaint, Sonu Sood was called to court to testify. However, Sonu Sood ignored him despite the court sending summons several times. Due to his absence, the court has now issued an arrest warrant against him.
The actor has been sent to the Oshiwara police station in Andheri West of Mumbai to arrest the actor and produced it in the court. The next hearing of the case will be held on 10 February.
