Punjabi actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh’s film ‘Punjab 95’ will not release internationally on February 7. Diljit himself has shared this information with his fans. The film is based on the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra from Tarn Taran district of Punjab.
There is already a controversy going on in India regarding the release of the film ‘Punjab 95’. Meanwhile, Diljit Dosanjh shared in his Instagram story – We are sad to inform that the film ‘Punjab 95’ will not be released on February 7, some circumstances are beyond our control.
Let us tell you that this film was already not being released in India. Because, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) had demanded 120 cuts in the film, but the producer, director and family members of the film did not agree to it. After which it has been decided that this film will not be shown in Indian theatres. Not only this, the teaser of the film has also been removed from YouTube in India.
Earlier, Diljit Dosanjh himself had told on social media that the film is being released in foreign countries (Australia, UK, Canada and America) on 7th February. Regarding the release date of the film, Diljit wrote – Complete film, no cuts, from which it can be clearly said that this film is going to be released without any cuts.
