Trump said,
“I will issue an executive order on Monday to extend the deadline and protect national security. This will help prevent the closure of TikTok, and no legal responsibility will be imposed on any company.”

Donald Trump suggested that American companies should have a 50% stake in the operations of TikTok. He said,
“We want to keep TikTok safe and in good hands. TikTok’s existence is not possible without US approval. “With our permission, its value could reach hundreds of billions or perhaps even trillions of dollars.”
