Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar was brutally trolled for sucking her stomach in and flaunting her abs while posing for the paparazzi at an event in Mumbai on Saturday. The actress attended Punjabi singer AP Dhillon’s bash for celebs in the city post his Brownprint concert.
Bhumi walked in wearing a black cropped tank top with baggy distressed jeans at the party, which was help at Arpita Khan’s new restaurant in Santacruz. As she posed for the paps, netizens felt that the actress pulled her stomach in to flaunt her chiselled abs in photos and videos.
“It looks soo weird that way bruh her natural belly would look 100 times better even if it was chubby (sic),” a netizen commented, while another wrote, “It looks like she got one of those abs contouring procedures done and it went wrong. Cuz how can you pull your stomach in so much for so long.”
“Girl is always trying to be someone which she’s clearly not like where’s the old Bhumi gone?? This new one is just epitome of fakeness and it’s sad to see her being insecure when she’s literally so slim (sic),” a comment read.
This is not the first time that the actress has been called out for her looks and fashion. Time and again, she is also seen facing hate and backlash due to accusations of going under the knife and getting various cosmetic procedures done.
The actress has, however, never addressed the chatter.
On the work front, Bhumi will be next seen in OTT projects like Daldal and The Royals and in the film Mere Husband Ki Biwi directed by Mudassar Aziz, which also stars Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles.
