Bhopal: Family Attacked By Hammer Over Property Dispute; Doctor And His Family Injured | AI Generated Image
Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A dispute over a possession of a plot took a violent turn on Thursday afternoon when a family residing in nawab colony, attacked by some people with a hammer. A woman wearing a burqa was also seen with the attackers carrying a hammer.
Four members of the family were injured in the attack. The incident took place on the plot of Hafeez Khan (age 35 years), director of Sam Hospital. Complaint has been filed in Ashok Garden police station of Bhopal.
According to information on Thursday afternoon at around 1:45 pm, Hafeez khan heard loud hammer sounds on the tin shed behind his house. When he opened the back door, he saw that some people were trying to break the tin shed built on his plot.
Hafiz told that when he protested and said that this was his plot, the accused turned around and said that this land was theirs. The dispute started on this matter.
When Hafeez Khan’s father tried to intervene, the accused Sheikh Akram attacked him with a hammer. When Hafiz ran to save her, the hammer hit his hand. In a short while, Hafiz’s mother Naseem Bano and wife Taiya Khan also reached the spot.
According to information a woman named Asmina, one of the attackers, abused Naseem Bano and attacked her with her hands and fists. Other people present with her also beat up Hafeez, his father, mother and wife, due to which all of them suffered serious injuries.
The victim’s side reached the police station, from where the police sent them to Hamidia Hospital. A report has been registered after the medical examination. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
