BHEL has been adjudged as the Best PSU in the categories of ‘HR Excellence (Overall)’, ‘Best R&D Initiative’ and ‘Excellence in Learning and Development’ by an independent jury, for the Governance Now PSU Awards 2025. The awards were received by Krishna Kumar Thakur, Director (HR), S.M. Ramanathan, Executive Director (OSD/E, R&D) and M. Sridhar, Executive Director (HR) from Satish Chandra Dubey, Union Minister of State for Coal and Mines.
