The city witnessed the Sunrise at 06:21 AM and the Sun is expected to set at 06:31 PM. The weather department said that with a sharp rise in temperature, the city has become hotter than Delhi.

The Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) shared a weather report for the next five days on X and wrote, “Today over the state with cloudy conditions, thunder, lightning, and squall with wind speed of 40-50 kmph is possible with scattered moderate rain over coastal and hilly districts.”
