Some time ago Union Minister Prahlad Joshi and BJP MP Jagdish Shettar met Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and demanded the expansion of the train. After this meeting, the possibility of increasing the train to Belagavi intensified.

Union Minister Prahlad Joshi’s statement
Prahlad Joshi said that the Railway Minister has given positive response to his request. He said, “Recently, the subject was discussed with General Manager and other officials of the southwest region of the railway in Hubli. Due to continuous efforts, the Railway Minister has approved the expansion of Bangalore-Dharwar Vande Bharat train to Belgavi. ”
