According to a survey by ‘C Voter’, Tejashwi Yadav is at the top as the most preferred candidate for the post of Chief Minister in Bihar. Tejashwi has secured the first position with 36% of the votes. However, not Nitish Kumar at number two but Jan Suraj is the president of the party Prashant Kishore. 17% of people want to see him as the Chief Minister of Bihar. Apart from this, ‘Good Governance Babu’ i.e. Nitish Kumar is at number three. Nitish Kumar got 15 percent votes. His graph has seen a decline of three percent. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary is at number four with 13 per cent of the votes and Chirag Paswan is at number five with 6 per cent of the votes.
Prashant Kishore challenged Nitish Kumar
- According to the C-Voter survey, 36 percent of the people described Tejashwi Yadav as their first choice. However, his popularity has decreased by 5 percent as compared to the previous survey.
- Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore is second in terms of popularity. 17 percent of people have described Prashant Kishore as their choice. His popularity has increased by 2 percent as compared to the previous survey.
- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has slipped from second to third place in terms of popularity. 15 percent of the people described Nitish Kumar as their first choice. His popularity has decreased by 3 percent as compared to the previous survey.
- In Bihar, the BJP has not forwarded anyone as the Chief Minister’s face. However, there is a good response to Emperor Chaudhary. His popularity is 13 percent. The latest survey has seen a 5 percent increase in his popularity.
