Mumbai: The Board of Control for Cricket In India (BCCI) on Saturday announced the squad for the Champions Trophy 2025. Rohit Sharma will lead the team, while Shubhman Gill has been appointed as the Vice Captain. Mohammed Shami is making comeback in the ODI team after 14 months.
Jasprit Bumrah has been included in the 15-member team. Notably, there has been a lot of speculations about Bumrah’s inclusion in the Champions Trophy team

The eight-team tournament will feature 15 one-day internationals (ODIs) matches and will be played across Pakistan and in Dubai.
Team India’s Fixtures In Champions Trophy 2025:
The Rohit Sharma-led team will start its campaign against Bangladesh on February 20. India will take on arch-rival Pakistan on February 23 in Dubai. India’s last league match will be against New Zealand on March 2.
Notably, India will play its all the matches outside Pakistan.

Group A of the tournament features current Champions Trophy holders and hosts Pakistan, along with India, New Zealand and Bangladesh, while Group B features Cricket World Cup 2023 champions Australia, alongside Afghanistan, England and South Africa.
